Use Silikomarts Starlight Buche mould to create a show-stopping bche de Nol. Better known as Yule log in the UK, this classic dessert is always a winner at festive parties and Christmas lunch. The silicone mould is suitable for both hot and cold desserts and its flexibility makes it easy to remove your finished dish.
The Starlight Buche mould includes two silicone mats: one which gives a smooth finish and one that will cover your dessert in star shapes. Its ideal for make-ahead desserts like semifreddo. Decorate your finished dish with a drizzle of melted chocolate or a mist of edible glitter.
