Silikomarts silicone roulade rolling mat lets you create uniform swiss rolls and roulades. This flexible silicone mat is specifically designed with a raised outer edge. This keeps the batter in place to create flat, even layers of sponge. Once the cake has baked, flip it upside and peel the silicone mat off the sponge. It reveals a flat surface thats ready to be topped with cream and fruit.
And, when youre not baking roulade, you can use the roulade rolling mat for roasting vegetables, making mousses or fruit gels.
