Use Silikomarts silicone macaron baking mat to create perfectly round macarons straight from a French bakery. This flexible silicone mat has 48 circles. Each has a raised edge that helps stop the egg white mixture from spreading. The result? A uniform batch of beautiful macarons.
When piping the mixture, position your nozzle in the centre. Then move in a clockwise pattern until youve reached the edge of the circle. As well as using this mat when baking macarons, its wonderful for making miniature choux buns and meringues.
