Silikomarts PVC roll for patisserie and chocolate work lets you create elegant, multi-layered desserts.
The non-stick PVC tape also known as pastry ribbon is designed to coat the edges of the rings for cheesecakes and chilled desserts. When you remove them from the tin, youre left with a beautifully clean edge all the way around.
This roll is also wonderful for chocolate work. Lay the tape flat and pipe or drizzle on intricate chocolate designs. Once set, simply peel off and use them to decorate your stunning bakes.
This roll is dishwasher safe.
