These square coasters are made from sustainably sourced cork, making them an ideal choice for eco-conscious homes. The cork is smoked with light ink to enhance its natural pattern and give it a warm, dark brown colour. This unique coaster set adds a touch of class to modern dinner tables, whilst protecting your surfaces from drips and water marks. The set includes four 10cm coasters.
LIGAs cork comes from Portugal, where the cork oak forests offset ten million tonnes of carbon every year. It is harvested naturally, without harming the tree, and the cork continues to absorb carbon dioxide even after it is transformed into tableware. The pattern and colour varies from item to item – each one is unique.
