How to use the mould:

Lightly wet the mould to prevent your rice from sticking.

Pack freshly cooked rice into the mould.

Turn it upside down and shake gently to release the rice.

Use the cut-out tools to cut face shapes from sheets of nori (dried seaweed).

Press the face shapes gently onto the rice.
You can bring the animals to life by colouring your rice with turmeric, spinach and natural food colouring.
The set includes three rice moulds, a cut-out tool and cutting mat.
