Description
Use this set of piping nozzles to make bite-sized macaroons. These meringue-based sandwich cookies are made with almond flour, sugar and egg whites. Food colouring can be used to create crisp outer shells in pretty pastel colours.
The set includes three nozzles made from food grade stainless steel. Use the round nozzle to pipe circles of macaroon mixture onto baking parchment. You can draw circles ahead of time to ensure they are all the same size or use a macaroon pastry mat.
