SCANPANs non-stick paella pan is hand-cast in recycled aluminium. You can use it on all kinds of stovetops, including induction. With an impressive non-stick coating, its perfect for making a traditional Valencian paella.
The paella pan has shallow sides and a large frying surface. This allows for the ideal amount of evaporation, giving your paella a delicious crispy bottom. Known as socarrat, this is arguably the best part of any paella!
The pan has two handles so you can carry it from kitchen to table. Durable and versatile, the pan can also be used to fry pancakes or make a risotto. Its oven safe up to 250C. Use it to fry meatballs or chicken thighs before finishing them off in the oven.
SCANPANs Stratanium+ coating lets you cook with very little fat or oil, even at high temperatures. This resilient coating prevents food from sticking and makes the pan ultra-durable and easy to clean. It can even withstand the use of metal utensils!
Oven safe. Hand washing recommended. Avoid the use of aerosol cooking sprays which can leave a residue on your cookware.
