Description

The mushrooms are preserved in oil with chilli, garlic, mustard and ginger. Spices like fennel and star anise add to their distinctive flavour. Theyre a great way to add instant fungi flavour to your dishes.
Add savoury mushrooms to stir fries and spicy noodle dishes. Or, chop them finely to add to spring rolls or wonton fillings. Keep them in your store cupboard for days when you dont have fresh mushrooms to hand.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
