Rummo orzo pasta – “semi di orzo no. 27” – is great in any sauce, soup, casserole, side dish or salad. In summer, enjoy orzo in a salad tossed with ricotto, roast tomatoes, rocket and basil. And in winter, with taleggio cheese and roasted squash.

Semi di orzo is the Italian for barley seeds, so orzo pasta is shaped like a large grain of rice or barley. Rummo orzo pasta cooks in 7 minutes. The large orzo pasta grains are 1cm long before cooking.
