Rummo mafaldine pasta no. 80 is long wide strips of pasta with a frilly edge. Try the mafaldine pasta with a slow-braised rich ragu, or with pan-fried wild mushrooms and cream. Rummo mafaldine pasta cooks in 8 minutes. Before cooking the mafaldine pasta is 26cm long and 1.4cm wide.
