Description
Poons soy sauce is made with organic soy beans, using a traditional recipe from southern Taiwan. It is glossy, rich, deeply savoury and one of the finest soy sauces weve tasted. The sauce is fermented in earthenware jars to ensure the purest, beaniest soy sauce flavour possible.
Poons works with local farmers to grow the beans, which are sown in September, harvested in December and pressed to order to maintain the freshest flavour.

About Poons
Poons Sauces was founded by Amy Poon, daughter of Bill Poon, renowned for his iconic Covent Garden Poons restaurant of the 1970s. Restaurants are in Amys blood – her grandparents also ran a successful Macau restaurant, and her distant relatives were chefs to Chinese emperors. Amy founded Poons Sauces in 2021 bringing the purest and richest soy flavours from China to London.
