Description
Pickled pears are a slightly savoury, tangy pairing for creamy brie and camembert. Unlike some preserved fruits which are sweet with syrup, these pears are bottled with a combination of white wine vinegar, water, celery, green peppercorns and pickling spice for a sweet, sour flavour.
The pears keep their firm texture and slightly floral flavour, making them a great pairing for strong soft cheeses.
