The little gnocchetti have deep ridges for creamy sauces and meaty ragus to cling to. Use the dried pasta to make gnocchetti alla Sorrentina, a southern Italian dish of pasta baked in tomato sauce with basil and gooey mozzarella. Its rich, comforting and totally delicious!

Made from 100% Italian durum wheat, the gnocchetti cooks in 8-10 minutes. Keep it in your store cupboard for speedy suppers with authentic Italian flavour.
