Parianis Sicilian pistachio paste M1 is an extraordinary pistachio nut butter made from 100% Sicilian pistachios. The pistachios are shelled, then refined to create this ultra-smooth paste. M1 means the paste contains a very high proportion of peeled pistachios – making the paste an intense bright green colour.

Spread this pure, rich paste over panettone, brioche and French toast for an indulgent breakfast, use it to fill macarons or spoon over scoops of vanilla gelato.

As this paste is made with 100% pistachios, it isnt overly sweet – it makes a great partner for rich chocolate desserts.
