Parianis A5 grade pistachio paste is a high quality alternative to those made with Sicilian or Bronte pistachios, and is one of their most popular non-Italian pistachio pastes. It is made with a lower percentage of peeled and raw pistachios, and still has excellent flavour.

Alternatively, use the pistachio paste as a filling for macarons, fold through mascarpone and use to fill sponge cakes, or spread over panettone for a luxurious breakfast.
