Description
Use this golden palm sugar to give recipes a rich, fudgy caramel flavour. Its a popular ingredient in many Indonesian and South-east Asian recipes, as well as in Indian puddings. For instance try it in our Perfect Pad Thai recipe, or in this recipe for Cambodian Kampot crab.
