The beans used are carefully chosen according to a strict set of specifications. To make sure that your creations always get a strong, aromatic hit of vanilla, they only use vanilla beans with optimal vanillin content. And to provide transparency about the vanillin content of their extract, its even on the label.

Norohy avoided adding any food colouring or additives, sticking to the essential ingredients: concentrated organic vanilla extract and organic cane sugar syrup. For a striking visual effect, theymadeuse of the exhausted vanilla seeds and added them to this extract.
