Description
Toasted coconut flakes are a fantastic topper for Indian rice pudding, or scatter them over a thick and creamy korma curry. Or, make your own granola with toasted coconut flakes, oats and dried fruit or incorporate them into flapjacks for extra sweetness. Coconut flakes also work well scattered over salads and other savoury dishes such as Thai coconut-based curries.
