The towering cake has a dark chocolate icing with cocoa nibs and vibrant green pistachios. Each panettone is beautifully wrapped in striking topical paper.
Muzzi panettones are made with fresh eggs, delivered daily, along with carefully selected butter, milk and sugar. The panettones are made using a mother yeast that is carefully tended, and follow a traditional recipe that has been perfected over many years.

Muzzi was founded in the 18th Century by Master Muzzi in the Umbrian town Foligno, Italy. Muzzis aniseed marzipan recipe proved a great success with the nobility at the time, and his business grew into breads and pastries. Today, the brand makes premium celebration breads, panforte and panettone.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Pistacchio Verde di Bronte PDO 16% (glucose syrup, sugar, water, skimmed milk powder, Pistacchio Verde di Bronte PDO paste 4%, sunflower oil, alcohol, milk cream powder,flavourings, gelling agent: pectin; preservative: potassium sorbate; salt,colourings: carrot – pumpkin and spirulina concentrate), eggs*, sugar, butter, dark chocolate 6% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), egg yolk*, rehydrated wholemilkpowder, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), Pistacchio Verde di Bronte PDO grains 1.5% and cocoa nibs 2% (powdered sugar (sugar, wheat starch), wheat starch, sunflower oil, skimmed cocoa powder 5%, cocoa paste, potato starch), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, flavourings, cocoa butter, salt.
