Description
Morita organic premium soy sauce is made with Japanese soy beans from the Shimane region. The area’s cold winter makes it ideal for fermenting. Shimane is famous for its miso, soy sauce and sake.
This premium soy sauce is aged for two years, which gives it a deep umami-rich flavour. Use it as a finishing flavour for steamed fish and vegetables. Or mix with sesame oil for simple soy sauce noodles.
