Description
Morel mushrooms are a highly-prized woodland variety. This pack contains highest quality morel mushrooms – grown in the wild, hand-harvested during late spring and early summer, and then carefully selected for shape and size.
Rehydrate the morel mushrooms in warm water, and saute in butter to bring out the naturally rich, earthy flavours. Top pork cutlets or beef steak with a simple morel garnish, or a morel cream sauce. Stir the morels into risottos, or serve alongside halibut with a few spears of new season asparagus.
This 500g tub of morel mushrooms is ideal for caterers.
