Monins sugar free salted caramel syrup is smooth and sweet with a subtle salty tang. The flavour is so rich, its hard to believe its sugar free! Use it to flavour coffees, hot chocolate, milkshakes and mocktails. It adds irresistible salted caramel flavour to an espresso Martini, as well as creamy desserts like cheesecakes, panna cotta and crme brule.
Monin sugar free syrups are made with all-natural erythritol and sucralose, for clean, balanced sweetness with no lingering aftertaste.
Monin syrups are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration.
