This 16cm chefs knife unfolds to a medium-sized 1.4116 stainless steel blade (8cm) that is ideal for chopping and slicing both meat and vegetables. Gut fish, chop wild mushrooms or slice grilled meat easily and safely.

This folding chefs knife still offers the same premium quality Messermesister steel:

• It is made of a high carbon 1.4116 German stainless steel, and ranks 56-57 on the Rockwell hardness scale, which makes for a compact knife that still offers a powerful and controlled cut.
• The blade is hand-sharpened at a 15-degree angle for an even and sharp edge from heel to tip, which is fully protected when the knife is folded down.
