Masontops set of 4 pickle pebbles ensure vegetables stay submerged under the liquid brine during the fermentation process to prevent spoilage. The pebbles are perfectly weighted for Mason wide mouth jar use. Each weight features small finger grip grooves for easy removal from the jar.
You can use these pickle pebbles when making sauerkraut, pickled chillies, kimchi and more.
This set of four wide mouth fermentation weights are hand-wash only.
