Description
Maltodextrin is a favoured ingredient in the food industry, used as both a thickener and bulking agent.
This fine powder is made from wheat starch and is easily soluble in both hot and cold liquids, perfect for a variety of sweet and savory recipes.
As well as being used as a flavour carrier, maltodextrin can be used to thicken liquids and increase volume in dry mixtures, be that sauces, pures or bread doughs.
Follow the below instructions for using maltodextrin:
- Add straight to your solution as required.
- Easily soluble in liquids both hot and cold.
