LoRUSSo Organic Artisanal Cherry Jam, 305g

Description

Organic cherry jam from Isabel and Biagio in southeast Spain. Made with 85% fruit and 40% less sugar than the norm, expect a traditional soft-set. Pourable, we recommend putting it in the fridge before eating for flavour and consistency.

Spoon cherry jam over vanilla ice cream for a speedy sundae. It has a tart, fruity flavour that complements creamy desserts. Try serving it with cheesecake or a wobbly panna cotta.

Use cherry jam instead of strawberry in a Victoria sponge or Bakewell tart. Or, for a savoury snack, serve it with pt and creamy cheeses.

For a twist on the classic daiquiri, add cherry jam to a shaker with ice, rum and lime juice. Shake hard and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Pack their recipes full of fruit (85%)
Take out as much sugar as possible (40% less sugar than standard)
Slow everything down in the kitchen and work in small batches to keep the flavour of the fruit intact. Never adding any preservatives or artificial colours.
