Description

This bitter orange jam has a wonderful sweet and sour taste. Spread it on toast and pastries and enjoy its tart, zesty flavour.

This organic jam has extraordinary flavour, and is made by a small Spanish producer, using renewable energy and with a focus on sustainable growing.

Add a spoonful to porridge, Greek yoghurt or overnight oats. The golden jam is great for baking, too. It adds bittersweet citrus flavour to loaf cakes and traybakes.

You can add bitter orange jam to salad dressings and marinades for meat. It adds sharp tang without any cloying sweetness. Its particularly good with bitter leaves and roasted vegetables.

Use only the best, 100% organic ingredients from local small-scale growers
Pack their recipes full of fruit (85%)
Take out as much sugar as possible (40% less sugar than standard)
Slow everything down in the kitchen and work in small batches to keep the flavour of the fruit intact. Never adding any preservatives or artificial colours.

The result: incredibly fresh, aromatic handmade jams. Plus, they’re gluten-free, GMO-free, and vegan.
