The sweet liquorice is covered in dulce chocolate and dusted with fine cocoa powder. Crushed cocoa nibs add delicate crunch to each bite. Chocolate is a mouthwatering match for the subtle aniseed flavour of liquorice.

Lakrids Double Chocolate liquorice is presented in their iconic transparent tubs. The black and brown label features a golden bell in a nod to the festive season.

About Lakrids

Lakrids liquorice comes all the way from one of the finest liquorice producers in Denmark, the home of liquorice. In 2007, Lakrids started as the dream of Johan Blow, who didnt understand why liquorice was so rarely blended with other flavours. Nor why liquorice had traditionally been made using wheat flour, instead of a gluten free flour. It turns out that both are very difficult!

With much trial and error, Johan Blow started to produce some of the finest liquorice in the world. Lakrids liquorice is only made with gluten free rice flour, and he treats liquorice as a spice one which enhances and perfectly complements other flavours.

Ingredients: 62% dulce chocolate (cocoa solids: 23% minimum) (eu) (sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter, whey powder (milk), cocoa mass, milk fat, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, lecithin), natural flavours), rice flour, sugar, invert sugar syrup, molasses, glucose syrup, 3% cocoa nibs (eu), 1% raw liquorice (non-eu), alkalised cocoa, rapeseed oil, salt, glazing agent: shellac, natural flavour.
