Description
Kewpie mayonnaise has a cult following and this version has no MSG and is gluten free. Japanese-style mayonnaise is typically a darker yellow colour and is richer than Western varieties. Kewpie mayo also has a signature tang, thanks to the rice vinegar and mustard powder.
Serve the mayonnaise alongside classic Japanese dishes like okonomiyaki pancakes, sushi rolls or tempura fried seafood and vegetables. Or enjoy it in a hearty sandwich with crisp lettuce and thinly sliced beef.
Ingredients: rapeseedoil (71%), egg yolk (15%), water, spirit vinegar, salt, sugar,apple vinegar, red wine vinegar,mustard powder, flavourings (mustard).
