The paste has a deep, savoury flavour with notes of lemongrass, garlic and galangal. Curry powder and turmeric give your laksa a traditional golden colour.
Customise your laksa to suit your mood. You can add noodles, chicken and prawns to the aromatic broth. Popular toppings include bean sprouts, fresh coriander and fried bean curds.
