The Karasuba-Iro small plate is the perfect size for serving starters and side dishes. Try using to serve gyoza Chinese dumplings that are popular in Japan. Or, for even more Japanese inspiration, try slices of tamagoyaki, a slightly sweet Japanese omelette.
