Description
This Jerez garlic crusher, also called a Spanish grater plate, is a bright and vibrant addition to the kitchen. Rub garlic cloves over the rough surface to create a fine paste you can use as the base of all sorts of recipes, or to mix into dressings and marinades. Its easier to clean than a hinged garlic crusher.
