Use this Japanese tempura pot to fry tempura prawns or chicken katsu. Its ideal for French fries and salt and pepper squid.
The steel pot has a lid to prevent oil splatters and two handles for safe handling. Inside the lid is a drip rack to drain your fried food. It allows the oil to drain back into the pot, keeping your food crisp.
The pot comes with a temperature probe to take the guesswork out of frying. It will tell you when your oil has reached the perfect frying temperature.
