Description
Use cold pressed sunflower oil in place of any neutral oil in dips, dressings and marinades. Made in France, this organic oil has a delicate flavour and glorious green-gold colour. As with other cold pressed oils, it is not recommended to heat this oil above 100C. Use it to make a light, lemon vinaigrette for green beans and leafy salads or mix with garlic and herbs for a speedy marinade for chicken or fish.
