Description
HD rice vinegar adds fresh acidity to stir-fries, salad dressing and dipping sauces for steamed dumplings. Its an essential ingredient in Asian cooking and has a milder, sweeter flavour than Western vinegars. It gives sweet and sour dishes their addictive vinegar tang and can also be used to season rice for sushi.
