Giusti balsamic vinegar of Modena DOP Affinato is one of the finest vinegars, aged for a minimum of 12 years.
Made from one single ingredient – the must of cooked Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, the vinegar is aged through a process which involves decanting and refilling via various types of wooden casks, each one providing various flavour profiles.
