Use Frantoio Muraglia fruttato medio extra virgin olive oil as a finishing oil for fish, chicken or salads. The oil has a full aroma with notes of fresh tomatoes and peppery rocket. On the palate it’s mildly fruity yet still vibrant, and well-balanced without the spicy bitterness that sometimes accompanies olive oils.

The fruttato medio oil is made from cold-pressed Peranzana olives, and is a clear golden colour. The extra virgin olive oil is best paired with delicate dishes that havent been cooked for very long especially fish and seafood. It also brings out the best in fresh tomatoes. Try with cherry or baby plum tomatoes plucked straight from the vine with a drizzle of fruttato medio, for a simple summer salad that bursts with flavour.
