The Francois Doucet chocolate olives are a dark and glossy selection of roasted almonds from Provence, scented with Bourbon vanilla and covered in dark chocolate. They are finished with a glazing of white chocolate painted in dark green and black hues to resemble the olives of Provence.

The sweet and nutty treats make a great gift for a host, or treat yourself to a bag and enjoy with a mid-morning cup of tea or after dinner coffee.

Francois Doucet is a French confectionery company who has been making exceptional pralines, jellies and chocolate treats for over 50 years. They are inspired by Provencale flavours and make their confections using nuts and fruits from Provence. The star of the show is Francois Doucets almond praline, which uses recipe that is over three centuries old.
