The Finex cast iron skillet is the most versatile pan you will ever own! Cast iron retains a high level of evenly distributed heat, making it ideal for searing steak, cooking eggs or even baking cakes and pies. You can also use it for steaming, braising, sauting and simmering.

The octagonal pan has eight rounded corners which act as pouring spouts or steam vents when using the lid. This makes it easy to pour from any angle, whether youre draining fat or pouring a sauce into a serving jug. The polished cooking surface is smooth to the touch for non-stick cooking and easy clean-up.

This premium quality skillet is pre-seasoned with flaxseed oil, so its ready to use straight out of the box. It has a coiled stainless steel handle which stays cool while you cook and makes it easy to move the pan around your hob, oven or barbecue.

Clean in warm soapy water immediately after use – the pan will be easier to clean when its warm. Dry thoroughly and apply a thin layer of vegetable oil. Each time you cook, a patina of oil will build up, making this pan increasingly non-stick with every use.
