Description
Made in Brittany, Filet Bleus buttery biscuits have delicious notes of salted butter caramel, intensified by a touch of Gurande sea salt. The biscuit itself is crisp and golden, made with plenty of organic French butter for a rich, velvety texture. Dunk them in coffee or creamy hot chocolate – you wont be able to resist a second one!
Gurande salt flake is coarse and crunchy with a mild, long-lasting saltiness. It is harvested by hand in the salt marshes of Gurande, a historic walled town on the western coast of France.
About Filet Bleu
Filet Bleu began in 1919 when Henri Friant, a former sailor, and his wife Marie founded a biscuit factory in Pont LAbb in Brittany. In order to pay tribute to Breton sailors and their blue fishing nets, the company adopted the name Biscuiterie du Filet Bleu. Today, their biscuits are beloved across France and enjoyed all over the world.
