Each sourdough cake is wrapped with ribbon and presented in a vibrant hat box-style tin. The tin also includes a small golden panettone knife, for spreading your pistachio cream.

The panettone is coated with a white chocolate glaze, and decorated with whole Sicilian pistachios. And inside the tin youll find rich pistachio cream, perfect for layering over your cake and serving with a morning espresso.

Domenico Dolce is originally from Polizzi Generosa in Palermo, Sicily, so the designer jumped at the chance to celebrate his home country with bespoke designs for Fiasconaro.

Fiasconaro was founded in Castelbuono, Sicily in 1953 by Mario Fiasconaro. Mario started out as an ice-cream maker and pastry chef, and his first great masterpieces were mountains of profiteroles. His three sons, Fausto, Nicola and Martino, began learning the art of pastry when they were children. Today, the three brothers still lead the company. Nicola is the production manager and an award-winning pastry chef. Youll taste his expertise in every bite of Fiasconaros luxurious panettones and torrone.

600 g = 500 g + 100 g crema di pistacchio (spalmino incluso) pistachio spread (butter knife included)

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresheggs, white chocolate covering (10%) (sugar, whole powdered milk, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), fresh barn egg yolk, natural yeast (softwheat flour, yeast), Sicilian pistachio (Pistacia vera) (3%), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, powdered skimmed milk, salt, vanilla flavouring.

Pistachio spread: Sugar, pistachio (Pistacia vera) (22%), vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oil, cocoa butter, safflower), powdered skimmed milk, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavourings, colouring agent (curcumin, chlorophyll cupric), salt.
