This red terrine is made from Emile Henrys signature ceramic. Use it to make delicious terrines and rustic pt de campagne.

The slim ceramic terrine comes with a lid and press. As your mixture cools, the fat will set and the press will help to hold its shape. Once set, its easy to slice and serve.

You can use this dish to make terrines with pork, fish and even vegetables. Its also good for meatloaf and small breads and cakes.

The terrine can withstand temperatures up to 270C. The stylish design means you can take it straight to the table to serve. The scratch-resistant glaze allows you to cut slices directly inside the dish.

The Emile Henry terrine is made in France and comes with a 10 year warranty.
