Eaten Alive have created a funky, fiery hot sauce thats perfect on fried eggs, pizza and chicken wings. It combines their house kimchi with brined chillies, peppers and gochugaru (Korean dried chilli flakes). This flavour-packed hot sauce will be an instant hit at your next barbecue – splash it on a burger, swirl it through slaw or drizzle it over hot dogs topped with crispy onions.
Eaten Alive raw kimchi hot sauce is 100% natural, vegan and bio-live, bursting with beneficial bacteria. Fermented for up to six months, the finished sauce has a rich, savoury flavour and rounded chilli heat. Use it to spice up a lunchtime chicken wrap or a grain bowl topped with tofu and roasted vegetables.
