Don Antonio Napoletana sauce is the quintessential Italian tomato sauce for pasta. It’s also called Neapoloitan sauce or Napoli sauce – but in Naples they simply call it ‘la salsa’ or ‘the sauce’.

The Napoletana sauce is packed with sweet cherry tomatoes for a freshly-made flavour. Garlic and basil give a classic Italian taste, while onion, celery and carrot add depth. Serve simply with spaghetti, or pair with meatballs and plenty of Parmesan for a quick Italian supper.

Before use, empty the contents of the bottle into a small saucepan. Heat gently for approximately 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

Ingredients: pulp of tomato and cherry tomato puree (88%), extra virgin olive oil, onion, carrot,celery, sea salt, basil, garlic, pepper, acidity regulator: citric acid. Allergens are listed inbold.May also contain traces of milk.

Heat for approximately six minutes. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 3-4 days.
