Made using extra virgin olive oil, this salsa verde has a balance of rich savoury and fresh herbal flavours which make it a condiment that pairs beautifully with almost anything!
Serve this green salsa verde with fresh fish – the sweet lemon notes of coriander complement salty seafood flavours. Enjoy simply as dip for focaccia bread or crostini, or drizzle over roasted vegetables to add zingy fresh notes.
Ingredients: Green peppers (43%), water, extra-virgin olive oil, sherry vinegar, coriander (6%), purple garlic (garlic, salt, citric acid), sugar, green Jalapeno chillies, parsley (3%), cornflour, salt.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place: stir well before use. Refrigerate once opened and use within 4 weeks
