This professional pink food colouring is fat soluble, perfect for use in pastry and chocolate work.
To use, mix the pink chocolate colour together with melted white chocolate or cocoa butter melted at 35C. Mix well and apply the coloured chocolate using a brush or chocolate spray gun. If using a spray, strain through a sieve before use. Use around 1tsp per 200g of chocolate or cocoa butter.
Ingredients: E120. 13-16% active ingredient.
