Description
The De Buyer 12cm stainless-steel tart ring helps you make flawless individual tarts and cheesecakes.
To use, place the tart ring directly on a baking try. Grease the ring or line with baking parchment, then lay in your pastry or biscuit base. When its finished baking, release the ring by carefully pulling the top. The top and bottom edges of the tart ring are rolled to make it easier to pick up.
This tart ring is 12cm in diameter and 2cm high. It is engraved with the size so if you have a collection of tart rings you can easily identify the size you need.
The De Buyer stainless-steel tart ring is suitable for use in conventional ovens, the freezer, deep-freezer, refrigerator and even blast chiller.
Dishwasher safe.
