Use the De Buyer stainless-steel Saint Honor piping tip, or douille Saint Honor, to pipe whipped cream into the centre of Saint Honors. The tip pipes large raindrop shapes of whipped cream, meringue and buttercream.
Try our recipe for raspberry and pistachio Saint Honors, substituting this nozzle for the large round one used in the recipe.
The Saint Honor piping tip is 4.7cm high with a 11mm diameter nozzle. Use directly with disposable piping bags. De Buyer piping tips have permanent size markings on the side for easy identification, and are designed for intensive professional use.
