The De Buyer professional flat-bottom pastry bowl can handle a multitude of kitchen tasks. Use for mixing pastry, batters or sauces, to keep ingredients separate during food preparation, for storing food in the freezer, heating in the oven or as a bain marie.
The wide, flat bottom keeps the bowl stable during mixing. The tapered sides stop the bowl falling into a pan if using as a bain marie, and the rolled upper edge makes it easy to grip and clean.
The robust stainless-steel pastry bowl is designed for use in professional kitchens. Its highly resistant to deformation, so your bowl will stay in top shape for years to come.
The bowl is 20cm in diameter at the top and 10 cm high.
